Craft Books
This post is just to redirect you to another bloggers post about how books, especially craft books are made versus how they should be made. I strongly encourage you to go to the Knitting Purl's blog, Knit-A-While, read what she has to say on this subject, and please leave a comment. My hope is that a publisher will read her blog and the readers comments, then heed the wisdom to be found there.

ReplyDeleteThank you, Bev. I hope so, too!
ReplyDeleteI saw it on Ida's blog. She is so right.
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting that link. I totally agree with her, and often have the same qualms with things like my scores and aria books as well, so it's not just a problem that plagues the craft genre. I'm more likely to rebind an opera score than a pattern book though, mainly because it's something that gets far more wear and tear. I agree, and I really hope someone from the publishing industry does see it.
